Caerus was first formed by the Ang'tso and Ing'nemi clans. The clans were in conflict at first over land before coming to a truce. Despite their contrasting philosophies, the two clans developed a relationship of respect and rivalry that continues to be maintained through annual tournaments and joint training sessions, allowing both clans to showcase their unique strengths while fostering collaboration.

Caerus was significantly impacted by the Aqqasian Earthquake, which led to major changes in the city's infrastructure and emergency response capabilities. Following this natural disaster, AEGLE established a Response Center in the city to coordinate future disaster relief efforts and train first responders. This facility has since become a crucial hub for emergency management and training.
